The people of Iowa want fair justice. But instead, right now, liberal trial lawyers get more say in the process than everyone else, helping select the judges they argue their cases in front of. That’s good for trial lawyers, but bad for Iowa!
And it’s why our courts are soft on crime, big on abortion, and a gold-mine for trial lawyers.
We need fair justice for the people of Iowa.
Not special privileges for trial lawyers.
